Lifting up the standard...

The bible is our standard, it's our road map to our relationship with Christ. This book is a living, breathing, spirit of truth to our lives. The enemy has no part in me and only what God allows or I allow can he do to me. The enemy has been trying for many years now to ulitimately destroy my family, not only relationship wise but spiritually. The one and only way that can happen is that any member of my family allows him a foot hold in their life and heart. I am standing in the gap for those that God has blessed me with to call my family. My family is my heartbeat, the reason I get up each day. Yes it's in a mess right now, but my bible tells me that;

Isaiah 59:19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

The standard against him is the word of truth says he is a loser, he is a defeated foe and he can't win. I must hold on to Jesus till victory comes or I am rescued from it. I can't win this battle without God, but I will win this battle with God if I must win it alone. I praise him for his strength that keeps me when it all looks hopeless. I praise him because he sees my heart and knows whatever is in me not like him, I want it removed in the name of Jesus. Thank you for your love for me dear Jesus.

I plead your holy, precious blood Jesus over my family today. I place every situation continually in your hands. You know the threatenings and I know not what to do, but my eyes are on upon you. You are my shield, you are my provider, my protector and I patiently wait for the sweet victory.

When Stephen was being stoned to death for the truth that cut the hearers to the core, he saw Jesus standing up for him at the Father's right hand. I am asking you again Jesus to stand up for my family. You are the man of my life, you are the father of my family, you are my everything.

PRAISE YOUR NAME!!!!

I didn't mean for you or anyone else feel like a situation...God knows all about all my situations...But for the sake of argument, if you were a situation, why would you care if I asked God to work all of these situations out??? Let's say I am the problem, I still want God to work all of the these distresses in my life out...
