Choir competition

Since the writer's strike, TV is pulling out all the stops for other shows to fill in I would suppose. Anyway, I watched the choir competition tonight and I really, really, liked it. My favorite was Patti Labelle followed by Nick Lachay. We will see how it goes the next few nights, cause I am pretty busy the next few evenings and will probably miss the rest of the shows.

I think the worst kind of loneliness, is the kind you can do nothing about. I miss Charlie so much and would love to just talk to him and see how he is doing. I don't understand why he can't be sociable to me. We share 2 girls and 8 grandchildren, that would be reason enough to talk to me right there. I would love to hug his neck and tell him I will always love him. I wonder sometimes if I will ever be able to talk to him or see him again. How sad is that? You can move a thousand miles away from it all, but you will never be able to take the people you love from your heart and mind. You really can't run from those you love, no matter how much it hurts.


Christmas is just a few short days away. I hope all of you have a very Merry CHRISTmas and a blessed New Year. Thank you God for sending your son to be born to help me live a life pleasing to you. What a wonderful gift of life you gave to us all. Thank you Jesus and Happy Birthday to you. I really hope you come and get us all soon. Life is so full of sorrow and I am ready for peace. I am thankful for my family and the many joys they each one bring to my life.
